Working with Goals in Psychotherapy and Counselling Book

Goals in Therapy was created by Prof. Duncan Law, a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 30 years experience working across the NHS, Higher Education, and Third sectors, across the UK, Europe, and North America.

He is a Visiting Professor at University College London, Faculty of Brain Science, Department of Clinical, Health and Educational Psychology. He was a Consultant Clinical Associate with the Anna Freud National Centre for Children & Families, and is the former Clinical Lead for the London & South East CYP IAPT Learning Collaborative. In addition, he was a board director for Child Outcomes Research Consortium (CORC), former Chair of the Division of Clinical Psychology’s Faculty for Children, Young People, and their Families.

He has a particular interest in improving mental health services through better evidence-based and collaborative practice, and by helping professionals understand and deal with mental health problems.
